FORMAT DYNAMICS SELECTED TO PRESENT AT
THE 2008 VENTURE CAPITAL IN THE ROCKIES

DENVER, CO, February 20, 2008 - Format Dynamics, a Denver-based company that is the first to extend online advertising to the printer, today announced it has been selected by Venture Capital in the Rockies (VCIR), the largest capital conference in the Rocky Mountain region, to present its technology platform and investment opportunities at the group's 2008 showcase on February 27 in Beaver Creek, Colo.

VCIR selected Format Dynamics among just 17 emerging growth companies who will present to an audience of more than 200 venture investors, CEOs and entrepreneurs from across the country.

Format Dynamics has developed a unique, premium ad network featuring a new type of inventory created when a user prints content from the Web. Format Dynamics' technology creates targeted opportunities for advertisers and incremental revenue for publishers. The company secured an Angel round in March 2007 and is currently seeking its first institutional round.

Venture Capital in the Rockies presenting companies have raised over $3 billion in the last five years.
